Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on Suresh Raina, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all services provided through Suresh Raina, including live colour prediction games, bonus features, and payment processing. They are effective from 1 January 2026.
Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Suresh Raina. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, create multiple accounts, or engage in any form of fraud. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Suresh Raina reserves the right to void rounds, reverse transactions, or close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Decisions made under this clause are final pending a formal review request.
Intellectual Property
All content on Suresh Raina — including game graphics, interface design, brand assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Suresh Raina is not liable for financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, network interruptions beyond our control, or decisions made by users based on historical round data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the platform's liability for any single claim is capped at the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
The platform uses certified third-party providers for live-dealer feeds, payment processing, and RNG verification. Suresh Raina is not responsible for independent outages or policy changes by those providers.
Security
All financial transactions on Suresh Raina use 256-bit TLS encryption. Users are advised to enable two-factor authentication from their account settings and to report any suspicious account activity immediately.
Your Rights
You have the right to request a full copy of your account data, transaction history, and round records at any time by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Changes to These Terms
Suresh Raina may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
